HR Advisor

HR Advisor , you will be reporting directly into the Head of HR and play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day running of the HR function. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting with the full employee life-cycle including offer letters, contracts, changes to terms & conditions Employee Relations Case Management Coaching and guiding managers on disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations Leading on absence management and recruitment reporting Supporting the talent acquisition team with the recruitment process Project work; developing policies and procedures Amendments to contractual & personal details in line with HR policies, systems, processes, and any service level agreements If this type of Company and opportunity sounds like a role you would be keen on, then please contact us today!
