A leading financial advisory firm is seeking a Paraplanner in London to support their Financial Planners. This role involves coordinating with clients to arrange review meetings, preparing written advice reports, and providing technical research services. The Paraplanner will ensure the delivery of high-quality advice, efficiently manage risks, and contribute to the achievement of business targets. The firm's Global Partners Team, dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients, requires the Paraplanner to uphold the highest standards of customer service while assisting across various business functions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and clients. - Contact clients to schedule review meetings. - Prepare suitability reports under relevant supervision and according to experience. - Complete all necessary compliance documentation. - Conduct technical research as part of the review process for existing arrangements. - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in core systems, adhering to company policies and procedures. - Stay informed of, and comply with, all compliance and legal obligations. - Collaborate with Financial Planners to gather necessary client information for suitability checks. - Support the Financial Planning team to achieve targets and meet client expectations. - Actively participate in team meetings, take responsibility for issues, and follow through to resolution. - Commit to continuous professional development and maintain an up-to-date CPD log. - Keep advisers informed of progress and work with them to ensure timely completion of advice. Skills and Qualifications: - An excellent standard of education with a commitment to ongoing professional development and the pursuit of relevant qualifications. - Proficiency in core Microsoft Office applications. - Strong organizational and prioritization skills. - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
