This position involves a diverse range of sales, client engagement, and administrative duties to guarantee smooth service delivery to our clients. Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Securing new vacancies through sales and business development activities. Providing comprehensive recruitment solutions for both temporary and permanent staff. Meeting targets for acquiring new clients and arranging service meetings. Generating leads for sales activities from various sources. Meeting daily and weekly targets for speculative calls and client meetings. Promoting other divisions or brands within the Gi Group whenever possible. Identifying suitable candidates using both traditional and innovative methods. Conducting pre-interviews and interviews to ensure only the most appropriate candidates are presented to your clients. Recruitment Consultant Skills: While previous recruitment experience is ideal, we are also keen to hear from those with a talent for sales. The ability to think on your feet and creatively is crucial. Possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills is essential. Strong negotiation skills and the capacity to influence others are important. A valid driver's license is necessary.
