We are looking for Nurses and HCAs interested in a temp-to-perm role in Barnby, Beccles, Suffolk NR34.
Shift Times:
Day Shifts:
1 Nurse 1 Carer 2:1 care (1 Nurse, 1 Carer) 1 x 12-hour day care per week
Night Shifts: 1 Nurse 1 Carer 2:1 care (1 Nurse, 1 Carer) 2 x 12-hour night care per week
Total Hours:
36 hours per week (2:1 = 72 hours)
The individual requires care for complex conditions, including: Respiratory Issues:
Needs airway management and suctioning. Potential CPAP or tracheostomy under discussion. Neurological and Developmental Conditions:
Severe epilepsy, Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, autism, ADHD, and more. Gastrointestinal Care:
Needs tube feeding, ileostomy management, and treatment for reflux disease. Orthopaedic Issues:
Chronic dislocated hip, scoliosis, and osteopenia. Adrenal Insufficiency:
Needs monitoring to prevent adrenal crisis. Neuropathic Bladder:
Requires intermittent catheterisation. Skin and Surgical Care:
Requires care for skin lesions and upcoming surgery in 2025.
Pay Rates: HCAs £18ph Nurses £30ph
