- The Grove Care Home in Waltham, Grimsby, Part of The Country Court Family Hours:
44 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 19:00-07:00) The Grove is a well-established part of the community in Waltham and a well-respected care home in the Grimsby area. It provides residential and specialist dementia care in a warm, family-led setting. The dedicated staff led by the Manager understand that everyone is different and take time in getting to know each resident individually, so they can settle into a comforting, enjoyable routine. Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include: Aiding residents' emotional well-being and social needs Administration and monitoring of medications to residents Supporting residents at meal times Mentor & assist new employees Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents' specific needs Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants *This is not intended as an exhaustive description of duties, please see the job description for full details.
