Experience planning and partaking in activities. Experience with providing support and care to adults within a Care Home setting. Ability to deal with challenging behaviour should it arise. Passion for supporting people with a genuine desire to make a real difference in people's lives. Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and the ability to be a good team player. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided. Respond promptly to residents' needs and emergencies with empathy and professionalism. Essential requirements:

Previous experience in a caregiving or similar role preferred but not required. A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and enhancing their quality of life. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. UK work experience. Willingness to join the SSSC within 6 months of registering with us. 10-year work history within CV.
