About Our Client Our client is a leading Corporate and Investment Bank based in the city of London. Job Description The Client Lifecycle Management QA - AVP will be responsible for: Overseeing the accuracy and effectiveness of KYC reviews. Managing a team of quality assurance Associates and Analysts. Implementing process improvements to mitigate compliance and operational risks. This is a strategic role with opportunities to shape our KYC quality standards and strengthen our compliance framework. The Successful Applicant The Client Lifecycle Management QA - AVP should have: Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field. Relevant certifications, such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent, are strongly preferred. Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in KYC/AML compliance, quality assurance, or a related role within a financial institution, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. What's on Offer Salary £65,000 - £70,000. Strong benefits package. Hybrid working 2 days per week in office.
