Job Description
A Personal Assistant is required to support our son Nikhit, who is a 15-year-old happy young man. Nikhit is a typical teenager, who wants to have independence from his parents and will look to convince you that he is always right with his way of thinking. Nikhit has a great interest in cars and technology, and particularly likes trying out new devices. He enjoys days out going to the coast as well as the cinema and gaming centres. A driver with their own vehicle to help get out and about will be beneficial. Nikhit uses a wheelchair at all times due to his condition, Muscular Dystrophy. He is very keen to keep his independence, so will look to propel his wheelchair himself and will want to feel supported rather than cared for in social situations.
Requirements
An enhanced DBS will be required for this role. Any offer of employment will be conditional upon satisfactory references and DBS. At the time of starting their employment, the successful candidate(s) must have permission to work in the U.K. This vacancy will close as soon as a suitable candidate is appointed.
