What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Personal Care Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or in a similar role. At least 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role. Possess experience related to beauty, hair, cosmetics, makeup, other chemicals for cleaning, raw ingredients, or chemical manufacturing. A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field. Industry-specific certifications or training in sales, product management, or safety (e.g., REACH, ISO, OSHA). Comfortable with using CRM tools, analytics, and sales data to track performance.
