Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
A great opportunity for an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join this Tier 1 Main Contractor with their new £60m modular build project.
About the Role
In this role, you will be working with a leading MEP Subcontractor on a £60m project on the South Coast. You will be the MEP lead working on living quarters and medical facilities.
Responsibilities
Feasibility, price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. Preparing contracts, budgets & bills of quantities. Liaising with clients & contractors to ensure the budget requirements are met. Managing cash flow for large MEP packages throughout delivery. Compiling and issuing commercial reports to the project leadership team for CVRs. Preparing forecasts and reports on financial status and cash flow. Ensuring that the month-on-month cash position is positive and the forecasted project margin is met or exceeded. Requirements
Experience with commercially managing high-value M&E projects. Experience with hospitals, laboratories, and residential projects. Proficient in the use of MS Office, with Excel skills being a must. Experience in M&E Quantity Surveying and financial knowledge of construction costs. An understanding of NEC contracts. What We Offer
