Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Exec or Licensed Conveyancer
to manage their own caseload and provide support to the wider team on
sales, purchases, remortgages , and a very small amount of
new build matters .

Key Responsibilities:
Handling a diverse caseload of c.100
residential conveyancing
matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages with support available. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient case progression and high-quality service. Providing excellent
client care
and maintaining strong
organisational
and
time management
skills. Candidate Requirements:
Ideally
2+ years PQE
in Residential Conveyancing. Strong understanding of
Property law . A team player with excellent
communication skills
and attention to detail. Excellent location and free parking.
