We are looking for a residential conveyancing solicitor to join this friendly firm into their busy residential conveyancing team. This residential conveyancing solicitor will be working on a wide range of residential property matters.
This residential team are based in the Taunton office and have an excellent reputation locally and across the Devon and Somerset market.
You will be managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity. Your matters will range in value, to include high net worth.
It is important that you are a qualified solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer, with experience in residential property - you must be comfortable in managing your own residential property caseload.
