Our client, a regional law firm is looking for an experienced
Paralegal
to join their team within the Residential or Commercial property team. As a Paralegal, you will be an integral part of a team known for its expertise in residential property matters. This role is based on-site at the Chard office, working 9 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday. Responsibilities of the Paralegal include: - Conduct property searches, investigations, and handle Stamp Duty Land Tax returns Prepare and submit Land Registry applications Open and close files, providing administrative support (photocopying, scanning, filing) Maintain regular communication with clients and third parties Requirements of the Paralegal include: - Previous experience as a Paralegal in a Residential or Commercial Property team Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and support fee earners Passion for law with an interest in career progression and training opportunities Benefits: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Christmas holiday shutdown – no impact on your annual leave 3% employer contribution Free street parking Note on Sponsorship: We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorisation for this role.
