An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal with experience in Residential Conveyancing to join a prominent firm of Solicitors / Estate Agents. This role offers a salary range of £25,000 - £33,000 and excellent benefits. As a Paralegal in a conveyancing department, you will communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on their cases. You will be responsible for: Manage email communications and client queries. Conduct searches, verify titles, prepare financial statements, and draft deeds. Schedule appointments and meetings with clients, solicitors, and other parties. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Conveyancing Paralegal, Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator or in a similar role. Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing. Excellent IT and customer service skills. Ability to manage a caseload independently.
