Provide expert legal advice to clients in a clear and concise manner. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with the legal team to drive the success of the department. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends. Contribute to business development activities to enhance the firm's profile and client base. Uphold the firm's values and ethical standards at all times. The Successful Applicant A successful Trusts & Estates Disputes Associate should have: A law degree from a recognised university. Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales. Proven experience in managing trusts and estates disputes cases. Exceptional knowledge of relevant laws and legal procedures. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A strong commitment to delivering excellent client service. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
