What You’ll Do During your placement, you’ll: Learn about strategic land identification, technical assessments, and financial valuation of land. Gain insight into securing land opportunities, obtaining planning permissions, and influencing planning allocations. Experience other areas of the business to build a strong commercial foundation and broaden your knowledge of the housebuilding industry. Work on meaningful projects and tasks that will shape Taylor Wimpey’s future. What We’re Looking For To join our programme, you’ll need to be: Studying for a degree with RICS or RTPI accreditation (specialising in planning or surveying). Able to travel independently to meetings, sites, and client visits. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Eager to learn and passionate about the housebuilding industry.
