You will be working within the in-house legal team Assisting with legal workloads; reviewing and drafting agreements such as basic non-disclosure consultancy agreements Carrying out legal research Attending committee meetings and taking minutes when needed Assisting the senior team members with their workload; project work, corporate governance, corporate structuring & execution Where will you be doing it? What you’ll need: A Law degree with LLB Hons 2:1 or above An interest in becoming a Commercial Lawyer in the energy sector Experience working in a corporate environment Excellent organisational and communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Ellesmere Port, CH65 4HB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Education: Bachelor's (preferred) Experience: Paralegal: 1 year (preferred)
