Throughout the program, you’ll explore and gain valuable hands-on experience across various areas of our business, develop in-demand skills, and contribute directly to our innovative projects, making an impact from day one. Responsibilities:

Participate in rotations across our key business units, gaining a deep and broad understanding of the agricultural biotechnology landscape. Work alongside experienced professionals in animal genetics, product development, and customer engagement to deliver high-impact projects. Engage in strategic presentations and decision-making sessions with senior leadership, building confidence in your business acumen. Grow through our Genus University learning platform and specialized development programs, providing you with lifelong skills and knowledge. Qualifications:
