Job Description The Compliance Paralegal will: Support the Legal Department in maintaining regulatory compliance. Assist with research and analysis on regulations and policies. Update policies. Assist with internal audits and investigations. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills. Contribute to the development of compliance policies and procedures. Perform administrative tasks as required by the Legal Department. The Successful Applicant A successful Compliance Assistant / Paralegal should have: A degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field. Experience of compliance, regulatory standards and legal requirements - including Privacy, AML, Anti-bribery. Will consider financial compliance experience including KYC, CDD, Due Dilgience Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
