Early Years Assistant
who has experience working with children and
SEND children . The right candidate needs to be an outstanding childcare professional with a passion for working with children. The school prides themselves on delivering a fun and balanced curriculum that develops the children's skills and confidence in preparation for the transition into Reception. The ideal Teaching Assistant should: Have good time management and know how to multitask Be flexible and patient Be able to communicate effectively within a team Be able to work full time Undertake duties as directed by teaching staff or head of rooms. Assistant role , you will need: A minimum of six weeks experience of supporting young people which you can evidence with references.
