A reputable and industry leading provider of Asbestos Management services is currently recruiting in the South East of England for a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor. Working independently on a portfolio of Healthcare, Educational, Industrial and Retail sites, you will be responsible for carrying out the full range of Asbestos Surveys in line with HSG 264 guidelines. Our client can offer further training and progression, enrolment onto the company pension scheme and excellent holiday allowance.
Experience & Qualifications:
Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role. Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. Well versed in HSG 264 guidelines. Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems. Excellent communication skills, able to manage workload in line with company and client needs.
The Role: Undertaking management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys. Carrying out sampling of suspected ACMs on site. Undertaking re-inspection surveys upon completion of work. Producing detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
