Senior Care Practitioner
to join our client's team in a well-established residential home in Newcastle. This full-time, permanent position is perfect for an experienced care professional looking to lead and support a dedicated team of healthcare assistants during night shifts. Key Responsibilities:
Administer medication to residents in line with care plans and current training. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to healthcare assistants on shift, ensuring excellent care is provided at all times. Oversee the wellbeing and comfort of residents throughout the night. Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families. Ensure all care provided meets regulatory standards and company policies. Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
(essential). Current
Medication Training
certificate (essential). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Experience in a residential care setting, particularly with elderly or vulnerable individuals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What We Offer:
