Understanding our resident’s communication needs and adapting your communication support to the individuals and their families, offering confidence and reassurance. Being a team player who works well with others, a natural easy communicator, patient, and understanding with the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment. Having good observation skills, a sense of humour, and a positive outlook. We offer full training and development – you may have worked in retail, customer service, or other people-focused environments or just returning to work.
