Care Assistants required to support a male aged 51 years who lives in the Delves Lane area.
Support required for help in the home.
30 minute am calls 7 days a week
for providing a drink, toileting care, feeding cats.
30 minute lunch calls 6 days a week
for providing a drink, preparing a meal, making medication solution, toileting care, and feeding cats.
1 hour 15 mins on a Wednesday lunchtime
for laundry, housework, and shopping.
15 minutes added to Monday and Friday mornings
for personal care.
20 minute tea time calls 7 days a week
for providing a drink, preparation of a snack, toileting care, and checking wearing pendant.
Cleaning cat’s bathroom when needed, cleaning floors when they vomit (it happens sometimes).
Total 10 hrs 35 mins per week, to be split between the 2 workers – for example, 5 hours 35 mins per week for one worker, 5 hours per week for the other – this can be discussed at interview.
Rate of pay £12 per hour.
Experience of home care preferable.
Enhanced DBS will be required, employer will cover the cost.
