The Head Teacher is looking for a pro-active and personable graduate teaching assistant with an excellent academic background. The teaching assistant will be supporting the EYFS classes, so they are looking for an EYFS specialist. Key Responsibilities:
General classroom support, helping the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery. Assisting children with their learning, focusing on numeracy and literacy. Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support, such as helping with reading. Involvement in extra-curricular activities. Requirements:
Graduate Teaching Assistant or Level 3 Teaching Assistant. Experience working with children is required. Education to a degree level is required, ideally with a strong academic background (2:2 or above). Minimum of a C in GCSE Maths and English.
