Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes over the weekends. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in helping others and possess the necessary skills to assist clients with their daily needs.
Contracts available:
Guaranteed or Bank
Be able to work every other weekends for enhanced pay
Flexible contracts
Location: Eastleigh and surroundings
What we offer? Weekdays: £12.50 per hour Enhanced Weekends: £13.50 per hour Mileage paid at 45p per mile Travel time paid for Guaranteed contract at £12.50 per hour Paid holiday Outstanding paid training provided Pension Duties Personal Care Provide support, including assistance with shopping, walking and social activities. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns. Qualifications Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
