We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join a nurturing and vibrant nursery in Chichester. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children's development in a fun and caring environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring children feel safe, supported, and happy at all times. Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities that inspire creativity and learning. Supporting children's social, emotional, and physical development through engaging play. Building strong relationships with children, families, and your team. Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest periods. Observing and recording children's developmental progress and milestones.
What We're Looking For: A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). Experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred but not essential). A genuine passion for early years education and nurturing young children. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A positive, caring, and proactive approach to childcare.
