A vacancy has arisen in the Personal Injury Department based at the head office of this successful law firm for a 2-5 PQE Associate Solicitor on a full time basis.
This role provides the opportunity to work as part of the firm’s specialist Claimant personal injury claim team to deliver an excellent client service, predominantly but not exclusively to clients who have sustained severe brain and spinal injuries.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough training on the CPR and pre action protocols as they relate to personal injury claims and must have an understanding of the Rehabilitation Code.
Skills required will include team work, initiative, great communication and self-management, flexibility, a ‘can do’ attitude, an enthusiasm to learn new things and the ability to be an impressive ambassador for the Department and firm. There may be an element of supervision of junior lawyers, therefore the successful candidate will have an interest in people management and developing and mentoring others.
Individual financial targets and objectives will need to be met in line with the Department business plan.
