Job Description
1 x care worker to support with all care aspects and safety: ensuring Andrew has access to a drink, food, assisting with accessing the community and socialising.
Managing safety including the positioning of Andrew's wheelchair and engaging him in life skills such as planning, budgeting and day-to-day skills required to live independently. Andrew cannot complete any practical tasks without the support of another person.
Overnight support to include frequent repositioning (Andrew cannot do this but can be 'rolled' by one person with his current equipment), toileting and access to fluids.
