We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in a home care or care home setting. This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to follow care plans, and a commitment to enhancing the well-being of our clients. A valid driving licence is preferred to assist with transportation needs. Main Duties

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Follow individual care plans to ensure personalised support is delivered effectively. Communicate regularly with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on client progress and any concerns. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel. Support clients in social activities and encourage engagement with their community. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by adhering to health and safety regulations. Drive clients to appointments or social outings as required. Qualifications

Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communicating with team members effectively. A valid driving licence is advantageous for transporting clients when necessary. A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
