An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a dedicated Frailty Team in Bangor. This position offers a competitive salary range of £30 to £38 per hour, based on experience, and is available for full-time or part-time work.

The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality physiotherapy services to elderly and frail patients. This role is vital in promoting the independence and mobility of individuals in the community and hospital settings, ensuring that patients receive personalised care tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and treat patients with frailty, providing tailored physiotherapy interventions Work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to improve patients' mobility and quality of life Educate and support patients and their families on the best practices for managing frailty Maintain accurate and timely patient records Contribute to the improvement of the frailty service, working on service development initiatives

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist with an interest in frailty care to join a supportive and dynamic team. The role is available for a January 2025 start, with both full-time and part-time hours offered.
