Therapeutic Support Worker Responsibilities: Creating a caring and stimulating environment tailored to the developmental needs of young people. Planning and facilitating activities to promote learning and integration within the home. Staying informed on legislation and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Monitoring and recording young people's progress, achievements, and important life events. Collaborating with local authorities/placing authorities to provide outstanding care. Fostering positive relationships with parents/carers to support young people's development. Being flexible in daily tasks, including domestic responsibilities within the home. Therapeutic Support Worker Requirements: Valid Driving License: Due to the rural locations of our homes, a valid driving license is essential for this role. Passionate and Energetic: We're seeking individuals passionate about making a positive impact on young people's lives and bringing energy and enthusiasm to their work every day. While not mandatory, having an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field would be advantageous.
