A distinguished Legal 500 firm, recognised for excellence in the legal field, is currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their esteemed team in Farnborough. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Residential Property Team within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Managing a caseload of Residential Property Files
Handling Property Sales and Purchase transactions
Facilitating Right to Buy processes
Overseeing Re-mortgages
Managing transactions involving New Builds
Handling Freehold and Leasehold properties
Manage an existing team of fee earners and support staff
Contribute to the department business development and growth plans
As a Residential Property Senior joining their Residential Property Team, the candidate will be expected to showcase outstanding technical abilities, effectively managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision. Essential to success will be their interpersonal skills, ensuring top-notch client service at every level. Additionally, the firm places high value on commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development, recognising their pivotal role in driving the department's growth.
