Boutique Manager Description As an ambassador for L'Occitane, this role is to assist the Store Manager to effectively manage the store and team to consistently achieve the store operational and financial objectives. Contract Type:

Permanent, 28 hours per week with overtime What Will You Do?

Day to Day

Support the Boutique Manager in all day-to-day operational and personnel responsibilities. Offer & provide demonstrations (including hand massage) to all customers. Assist in unpacking and checking off new stock deliveries and participate in stock takes when required. Manage the VM and housekeeping responsibilities for the store in a consistent and timely fashion in line with company guidelines. Support the Boutique with security and general Health & Safety management & monitoring. Commercial Flair

Drive KPIs and results to reach and exceed targets. Understand different market types and customers. Demonstrate entrepreneurial skills in organizing local marketing events to drive boutique sales. Embrace virtual social selling and look for opportunities to drive the business forward digitally. People

Lead by example and support and mentor all new store employees during their induction & probationary period. Demonstrate and coach customer service skills through L'Occi way & MTS (online learning platform) personally and with the team. Coach & develop all team members wherever necessary and encourage self-development. Reporting

Use our commercial reporting system (Tableau) to review performance to make commercial decisions to drive sales/KPIs. Coordinate the store schedule and manage team timekeeping, absence reporting, and payroll. Future Focus

Maintain excellent personal product knowledge to effectively advise and recommend products, campaigns, and offers. Seek opportunities to support Brand through project work. Uphold the L'Occitane values ensuring PROSPERITY is at the core of everything we do. Maintain good working relationships with Centre management/BID teams. Ensure all online training is completed to prioritize your development while with L'Occitane. Driving Results

Provide the highest level of service to ensure all customers have an exceptional shopping experience by following the L'Occi way. Support in-Boutique and external customer events. Adhere to Company policies and procedures at all times. Ensure retail bulletin and other Boutique communications are read and followed in a timely manner. The Perfect Candidate:

A love of retail, demonstrated by 3+ years of retail management experience. Excellent customer service skills. Strong leadership qualities. Confident and effective communication and listening skills. Able to demonstrate pro-active selling ability. Highly motivated to achieve personal KPIs and contribute towards Boutique objectives. Able to work effectively in a team. Reliable, honest, and flexible. Positive and friendly attitude as well as a consistent ability to operate at your best. What we offer you!
