Foot Mobile Engineer - City of London - 45k + Travel
We are working with an industry leader on one of their longstanding commercial office portfolios in Central London. This is an opportunity to work with a forward-thinking business who actively looking to train and promote from within. The need is for a Foot Mobile Engineer to operate across a number of corporate sites carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks as per client requests. Responsibilities:
Maintaining and servicing essential building systems, such as: Air Handling Units (AHU's) Fan Coil Units (FCU's) Lighting Fire Alarms Sprinkler tests Power systems Building Management Systems (BMS) This is a mobile role, so candidates will be required to travel between different sites on foot (no driving required). Personal Specification:
Qualified in an Electrical or Mechanical Discipline up to level 3 standards Over 5 years of experience in building services or facilities maintenance Ability to handle day-to-day maintenance tasks and ensure the systems in commercial office buildings operate smoothly. A proactive and problem-solving approach to maintenance and repair work.
