Children's Home Registered Manager

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for working with children and young people? We have an exciting opportunity for an Ofsted Registered Service Manager to provide senior leadership at our client's Childrens Homes in Crewe. Join a dedicated team focused on delivering quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of young adults in need!

What You Will Do:

Provide senior leadership and management of the Children's Home. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards. Develop and implement care plans for children and young people. Support and mentor staff to deliver high-quality care. Engage with families and external agencies to support the children.

What You Will Need:

Experience in a leadership role within children's services. Understanding of relevant legislation and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
