This role is part-time, working 3 x 4 hour sessions a month at HMP Huntercombe, Henley-on-Thames.
You will be responsible for assessing and treating a range of MSK pathologies with some complex and/or chronic presentations. You will need to demonstrate advanced MSK diagnostic and treatment skills, be able to work within the MDT, and maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.

You will also form part of the wider MSK Health in Justice Team comprising physiotherapists and podiatrists in immigration centres and prisons across the country.

You will be closely supported and mentored by our Clinical Lead, and this combined with our well-developed appraisal system, in-service training, and funding for external clinical courses, will provide you with an excellent supportive learning environment to continue your professional development.
With proven post-registration experience of assessing and treating MSK conditions in an outpatient setting, you must have excellent communication and organisational skills and be willing to learn and develop.

Deliver non-judgemental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries. Play an active part in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patients' care following our policies, procedures, and always considering safeguarding.
