Role Summary This varied role involves undertaking workplace assessments and reporting on potential health risks. You will conduct management referrals, health surveillance, pre-employment, and fitness for work screenings where appropriate. Additionally, you will advise employers and employees on both physical and mental health issues, maintaining the highest standards of occupational healthcare. In return, we offer an excellent supportive training and development program to help you advance in Occupational Health. This is a hybrid role, involving work at our Newton Aycliffe clinic and various client sites across the North East of England. Additionally, you may work from home up to one day per week. Who Are We Looking For? Qualifications:

Registered General Nurse, ideally with previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor. Registration:

Current NMC Registration. Preferred:

An Occupational Health Nursing qualification. However, candidates with substantial experience and a strong commitment to the field will also be considered. Attributes:

Proactive, friendly, and professional, with confidence in managing your own workload. Requirements:

Full UK driving license, as the role involves travelling to clinics. Proficiency in Information Technology is essential, as we employ advanced systems to support our operations.
