Position Overview
The Conveyancing Fee Earner will play a crucial role in delivering expert residential property legal services to clients, working alongside a dedicated team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the firm's growth and success.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with referrers and clients
Communicate effectively with clients and third parties
Proactively update clients on transaction progress
Handle contract checks, mortgage reports, and search results
Manage exchange of contracts and completion of purchase
Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and KPIs
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Requirements
Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes from start to finish
Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and articulate
Driven to develop legal career and progress quickly
Team-orientated approach to work
