Physical Therapist (PT)

to work in an In-Home Outpatient (Home Health) setting. This

full-time ,

permanent

Qualifications Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to apply Graduate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Responsibilities Screening patients Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans Documenting progress toward identified objectives Overseeing Physical Therapist Assistant(s) Developing and implementing new programs/techniques to enhance physical therapy services Conducting patient and family education Delivering quality physical therapy services Putting patient service first Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player We will only consider new grads with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
