My client is a well-established construction contractor that works on mostly negotiated contracts up to £25 million and has the ideal position for an autonomous No1 Project Manager.
Although you'll be reporting to a Roaming Operations Director, the position will be very independent and requires someone who is able to run the project their way.
Attributes my client looks for include:
Current or previous experience running your own projects up to £25 million
Consideration of a Number 2 PM working on a larger scheme who now wants to run their own contract
Outside of residential, consideration of No1 Project Managers who have built across various sectors
A Project Leader who is technically astute and commercially aware while managing client expectations
Experience in pre-construction of projects before delivery
This role would suit someone who wants to work outside of London, living in geographical areas near the M1, M11, M40, and other associated A Roads.
Depending on experience, my client would look to pay £75k to £80k plus package for the right person.
