We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a well-established, family-owned healthcare provider with over 20 years of experience in offering exceptional residential, nursing, and dementia care. With 16 care homes across the UK, our client prides itself on fostering supportive and positive environments for both residents and staff.
This purpose-built facility in Airdrie accommodates 74 residents across 3 units, providing both nursing and dementia care. Known for its family-oriented atmosphere, the home enjoys an excellent reputation within the local community and benefits from a long-standing, supportive staff team.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care in accordance with best practices, legal requirements, and company policies Develop person-centred care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the multi-disciplinary team Respect the dignity, privacy, and preferences of residents, promoting their independence and choices Administer medication in compliance with legal and regulatory standards Safeguard and promote the welfare of all individuals under care
Essential Requirements:
Registered Nurse with valid PIN Strong understanding of NMC Code of Practice and healthcare standards Proven experience in person-centred care planning Passion for delivering high-quality care
