Main duties of the job As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients to stay healthy, when they need it most.
Job responsibilities The applicant will need to be responsible for being in charge of the unit, help facilitate discharges and ensuring ACE identified patients will be pulled up to the ward. Work with the multidisciplinary team to improve the service. The applicant will be working as a registered nurse caring for frail patients and understanding the risk and care needs. Applicants are expected to have good leadership and managerial skills.
