Revit CAD Technician (MEPH)
Location: Canterbury, Kent
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary: Negotiable
Join our client's team based in Canterbury, where you'll contribute to key projects by developing Stage 4C/5 drawings and producing fully coordinated working drawings to a high standard. If you have experience with Revit MEPH & Fabrication Software, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD MEPH, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Produce fully coordinated drawings for installation, ensuring high-quality standards Work as part of a collaborative team, communicating effectively with design and drawing teams Handle deadlines and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment Interrogate specifications, schedules, and technical submittals to ensure project standards are met Adhere to company and project standards
Requirements: Proven experience in Revit MEPH, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD MEPH Strong working knowledge of Building Services Coordination Proficiency in MS Office products Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver on time Excellent communication and teamwork skills Own transport is required
