A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Herefordshire area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.

The home provides residents with the highest standards of care, comfort, and support, within a safe and homely environment. The friendly and experienced staff ensure the social, physical, and emotional needs of the residents are met through a person-centred approach to nursing care.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

As a Nurse, Your Key Responsibilities Include: Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care. Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company's medication policy. Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other health care professionals. Report any ill health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary.

The following skills and experience would be preferable and beneficial for the role: Good Nursing Experience. Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record. Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people. Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills. Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services.

Benefits: The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of GBP21.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP48,048 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive the following generous benefits:
