This Manager's role is exciting as it allows the right person to be involved in the opening of future Supported Living homes, managing an already dedicated care team and supporting service users who are committed to their mental health recovery. Our Supported Living homes are in Smethwick and we are proud of our outcome-focused provision. We support adults with eating disorders and other mental health disorders to improve their independence and social inclusion. We adopt a person-centred approach whereby the personal needs and goals of the people we support are at the centre of everything we do. We have a robust transitional plan in place to ensure that care for our service users is seamless. Care plans are individualised and person-centred. This is the heart and centre of what we do. This manager's role is exciting as it allows the right person to achieve quick career progression. Essential: Level 4 or 5 diploma in Health and Social Care Experience in managing services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, and mental health needs Developing strong strategic relationships with policy and decision makers and other senior managers in commissioning bodies CQC knowledge and previous ratings of good/outstanding Day-to-day running of the homes At least 12 months registered manager experience Staff supervision Recruitment Budget management Implementing policies and procedures Tendering for new contracts experience We are offering a generous salary in the region of £35,000-£40,000 per annum with a very competitive performance-related 6-monthly bonus.
