This high-impact role partners with the CEO, CFO, and divisional Managing Directors to drive business strategy, deliver financial performance, and provide actionable insights that influence critical decision-making. The Role: Take ownership of financial targets, identifying risks and opportunities to deliver results. Partner with senior leaders, providing insightful analysis to guide performance improvement and operational excellence. Oversee the annual budget, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Deliver clear, data-driven financial reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and trends. Evaluate business investment opportunities to align with strategic objectives. Lead a small team of Finance Business Partners, inspiring and supporting them to achieve their full potential. Act as a key influencer and trusted advisor on commercial and operational decisions.
