We require experienced candidates who will be familiar with uploading cases to both the MOJ and OIC portals. You should have experience in arranging treatment and medical appointments, submitting heads of claim together with supporting documentation, and understanding liability arguments. Familiarity with the various stages of the portal and exit points is essential. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable about the valuation of medical evidence and able to explain a conditional fee agreement in detail. You will handle all aspects of claims management and address all client queries.

You must have good keyboard skills and the ability to show empathy and patience while speaking with clients.
