About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Enfield
Assist students in classrooms
Work alongside other staff members such as Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, and Pastoral Support Workers
Deliver 1:1 direct interventions and support within the classroom
Collaborate with the class teacher and other staff to provide the best learning environment for students
Monitor and evaluate pupils' responses regarding their learning and intervention activities through observation
Promote inclusion of all pupils within the classroom
