We're looking for Rehabilitation Field Case Managers with knowledge of Brain Injury, Spinal Cord injury, Amputation, Complex Orthopaedic or Burn injuries to join our Industry Leading Team.

You will carry out immediate needs assessments and proactively case manage clients who often face life-changing injuries. Using your excellent communication skills, you will support your clients to identify and achieve their full potential and provide goal-focused rehabilitation. Clinical Profile
HCPC, NMC or equivalent professional registration A minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience We Offer:
